Throughout our 3 decades, Datanamics has attracted the best professionals in the industry, men and
women who are in tune with both the challenging work life as well as the corporate philosophy of the firm. The average
tenure of our employees is more than 10 years, which flies in the face of many computer-related companies.
Maybe the fact that the company is employee-owned is a factor; perhaps it’s the family-like feeling of
working with others who care about customer service and making each other heroes to those for whom Datanamics provides
services. Whatever it is, it’s a special place, notable for the consistent dedication to making heroes of Datanamics
clients, so our clients can in turn be heroes to their customers and guests.
Datanamics’ management team is headed by CEO Terry McGowan, who came to the firm after a remarkable career in
the hospitality industry, where he was a senior vice president and chief information officer for a large global hotel
chain. Terry’s energy and enthusiasm fit right into the existing culture, and he is both a participant in and an enabler
of it.
